Andrew Poolton

As Coinage’s Marketing Director, Andrew Poolton is responsible for the marketing, communication and business development efforts of Coinage. In addition to strategic business development efforts, he directs media relations, branding, advertising and website development.

Andrew is a strategic marketer with a tech DNA and brings a wealth of experience and skills to Coinage having spent over 15 years as digital programme and marketing director for a host of household-name organisations, among them Wesleyan Bank, Harley-Davidson, Land Rover and the European Commission.

Throughout his career Andrew is fascinated by digital change and how brands adapt to better service their customers. With this is mind he is tasked with bringing the Coinage brand and products to the world, a challenge he says will give him ample opportunity to bring to bear his vast range of marketing knowledge and expertise.

Although an accomplished marketing all-rounder, Andrew is particularly adept in the areas of user acquisition and brand engagement and will be focusing much of his time at Coinage on developing and creating a social eco system where all Coinage users can engage with each other, gain access to thought leadership pieces and support.

“Coinage has real potential to shake up the crypto world by bringing products to the market that provide exactly what investors want, namely a seamless user experience, increased security, transparency and exceptional customer support. Being at the helm of a truly global marcomms strategy for a brand like this is incredibly exciting. I’m really looking forward to being able to share exactly what we’ve been working on with the world.”
